C.A.R.E.S.
Mission
The St. Mary Magdalen School C.A.R.E.S. program offers extended daycare, reflecting the same faith-filled, developmentally appropriate environment embodied throughout our regularly scheduled school days. The C.A.R.E.S. program provides all students with a caring, active,
age-based and appropriate environment.

C.A.R.E.S. is open to all students enrolled at Saint Mary Magdalen School in Grades Pre-K3 through 8. Any student attending C.A.R.E.S. must register. Our program offers a balance of adult directed and child-initiated activities, with active and quiet times, indoor and outdoor games, a provided snack, and time for written homework.

Mrs. Vanessa Spurio, a Kindergarten teacher, directs C.A.R.E.S., which is staffed by many of our devoted and committed teachers.
The staff maintains an environment of respect and understanding for others. C.A.R.E.S. is open every day the school operates, except for early dismissal days. C.A.R.E.S. is available from 3 to 6 PM. Please note that C.A.R.E.S. will not operate on any days our school has early dismissal or closes early due to inclement weather.
